Thursday night we went to see a concert.
The music was from Igor Stravinski and was cold "L'histoire du soldat".
The story is the one of Joseph Dupraz, an infantryman, who possesses a violin for any wealth. During a permission, he meets an old man who suggests him exchanging his instrument for a book wich can predicting the future and of assuring him the wealth. Seduced and eager to appropriate such power, Joseph accepts the market. The poor innocent will understand too late that he was deceived by the devil
The concert was divided in two part. In the first one there were only the orchestra. In this orchestra there were 4 violins, 3 violas, 2 cellos, 2 basses, 1 flute, 1 oboe, 1 clarinet, 1 bassoon, 2 horns, 1 trumpet and 1 trombone.
In the second part there were only 1 violin, 1 basse, 1 trombone, 1 trumpet, 1 bassoon, 1 clarinet and a speaker who told us the story. There were also a person who didn't says anything he just walked on the stage.
It was very well in spite of the fact that the announcer spoke only in Finn.
